Prospect Home Care & Hospice was founded, in 1982, as a 501(c)(3), to provide the highest quality home care and hospice services to the residents of the Ute Pass and neighboring areas. Home Care provides post acute care interventions and therapy while Hospice meets the needs of individuals with a shortened life expectancy. The Home Care Program deploys Registered Nurses, Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech Language Pathologists and Certified Home Care Aides to implement physician orders for recovery and recuperation to attain the highest level of mobility and healing achievable. From wound care, catheter care, medical management gait training and therapies, our staff cares for nearly every diagnosis imaginable, from infants to geriatrics.
