It's a happy time any year, but this year especially. The "outdoor room" became so important to us as we stared out of windows, looking for ways to spend our time and keep ourselves entertained. We noticed things that we hadn't before- that empty looking spot along the fence, the overgrown bushes that need cleaned up, the flowers that grew in our neighborhoods that we'd like in our yard, too. With our newfound time, we experimented with vegetable plants and seeds, succeeded and learned, and enjoyed the world within our own space. Now that we've established our outdoor rooms, add some whimsy and life with art poles, spinners, bird feeders, or statuary.
