We've made some much-needed changes including new office staff and management. The implementation of a new software program for dispatching allows capability of recording all phone calls to keep us organized and to help in customer service training. Our techs are benefitting with continuing education. It helps them with the ever-changing technology in our industry. An outside professional coach has been hired to help train staff in customer service and office skills; allowing you, the customer, the best service that can be provided.
