She has been instrumental in planning the Symphony Above the Clouds and original Main Street Program for the City of Woodland Park. Cindy Keating Cindy has lived in Teller County since 1991. She has worked with the City of Woodland Park for 31 years. She has been instrumental in establishing strong programs for the Parks & Recreation Department.
