FOUNDATION MONUMENT HILL We Want to Help You! The Monument Hill Foundation, the charitable arm of the Monument Hill Kiwanis Club, will accept 2021 grant requests from April 15th through May 31st, 2021. Grants will be awarded for projects that best advance the Foundation mission of supporting youth & community in the Tri-Lakes area and northern El Paso County.
