You are invited to visit the State Highway 83 Access Study Final Virtual Open House The Colorado Department of Transportation, El Paso County, and the City of Colorado Springs are working together to complete a study of access points (intersections and driveways) on State Highway 83 from Powers Boulevard (CO 21) to Palmer Divide Road (County Line Road). The Virtual Open House is your last opportunity to learn about the study, view the study's final recommendations, and submit your comments/questions to the project team. This virtual Open House is available to view online June 24 through July 2, 2021 at: www.codot.gov/projects/co83accessstudy All comments must be received by July 2. This Open House will be virtual, but if you have questions or need additional explanation, our project team is available to discuss the project with you.
