He helped me to understand where my spine is currently at compared to what it should look like. When he mentioned to me how my spine's misalignment could effect certain areas of my body. A light bulb seemed to go off that helped me to realize most of the nerve pain/loss of feeling in my arm, could be caused by my nerves and blood vessels being constricted by my spine being thrown out of alignment from previous sports injuries.
