About

John Hermes has been doing real estate in Colorado Springs since 1984 and has helped over 1,000 families find a place they can call home. He has been working for RE/MAX for over 25 years and has been inducted into the RE/MAX Hall of Fame. In 2015 John sold over 16 million dollars worth of real estate while managing 120 properties in Colorado Springs. John loves serving others and prides himself on the elite level of customer service we provide to our customers. Outside of real estate John enjoys spending time with his wife Marnie who he has been married to for over 30 years, playing golf, going to Rockies games and spending time in the mountains. 

Justin Hermes has been a life long resident of Colorado Springs and enjoys helping people accomplish their real estate goals. In 2015 Justin sold over 50 properties and helped 31 first time home buyers enter the real estate market! Justin has a very strong passion for helping young people realize the benefits of home ownership and assisting them in their first real estate purchases. Outside of real estate Justin enjoys playing tennis, golf and baseball.

Stephanie Dobbins Sawall has been working at RE/MAX for over 16 years and is a pillar for the Hermes Team. Stephanie is a native of Texas and moved to Colorado Springs in 1994. Stephanie assists with property management and helps coordinate and assist with all the real estate transactions. Outside of the office Stephanie enjoys playing soccer, camping and escaping to the mountains. 

Christy Thompson has been working for RE/MAX for several years and is a strong component of the Hermes Team. Christy is also a native of Texas and moved to Colorado in 1991. Christy assists with property management and helps with customer relations as well as processing contracts on all transactions. Outside of real estate Christy enjoys cooking and spending time with family.
