Amanda's Fonda was established in 1997. Amanda was born and raised in Oxnard, California. Her playground while growing up was her Grandmother's kitchen. There she learned the secrets of authentic cooking that reflects true Mexican flavors. Amanda's Mexican Cuisine is not chile hot-that is why we have fresh grilled jalapenos and delicious picante salsas! Everything is made fresh from scratch in our own kitchen every day! Though Amanda passed away in 2005, her spirit lives on through the original recipes, festive attire and family feeling experiences we provide!
