Classical music has been alive and well in Colorado Springs since 1927. As the only full-scale professional orchestra in Southern Colorado, the Philharmonic employs skilled musicians to perform for audiences of many thousands of concertgoers each year.
The Philharmonic’s season is anchored by a seven-concert Masterworks series in the amazing, acoustically rich Pikes Peak Center for the Performing Arts. In almost every concert, the Philharmonic musicians are joined by renowned guest artists. In addition to its regular concerts, the Philharmonic offers an array of successful education and family concerts, bringing the gift of music to thousands of young people and families throughout the Pikes Peak region.
